Blue Ace Entertainment, a leading creative and talent management agency, is making bold moves to support and empower women in the entertainment industry. In celebration of International Women’s Day, the agency hosted its first-ever workshop, bringing together 20 emerging female creatives for a day of insight, empowerment, and industry conversations.

The lineup of speakers? All-star women who are killing it in their fields.
Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, a respected media personality and co-host of “Off Air with Gbemi and Toolz” podcast, shared her journey and tips on breaking barriers in media, radio, film, and TV.

Stephanie Okocha, a seasoned music executive and A&R expert with over a decade of experience working with artists like Simi, Yo X, and Tempoe, discussed how women can secure leadership roles in the music business and take charge of their careers.

Olamide “LammyB” Bolarinwa, a creative consultant and talent manager who has worked with Falz and DJ Jimmy Jatt, kept it real about navigating nightlife and entertainment, networking like a boss, and taking up space in event and talent management.

Tami Romeo, a music business executive and artist manager at Mavin Records, with experience at Chocolate City, Aristokrat Records, and TASCK Agency, tackled the importance of proper representation, negotiation skills, and necessary changes in entertainment law to better protect women.

The success of this workshop was made possible by the collaborative efforts of the Blue Ace Entertainment team, led by Femisoro Ajayi—a seasoned music business executive and talent manager with over a decade of experience. Having worked with top-tier artists such as Falzthebahdguy, DJ Shawn, Veeiye, Shodytheturnupking, and Priesst, among others, Femisoro has built a reputation for his strategic approach to talent development and brand growth. This achievement was also made possible by our incredible partners, including Hareem Istanbul, Olorisupergal, Divine Dental Home, Jays Diner, Gbemisoke, Babesquarters, Dillion Gas, and Icharis Exquisite Confectioneries.

This initiative is just the beginning for Blue Ace Entertainment as they continue to create more opportunities and platforms for women in the industry.
