Meet Pablo, a 20-year old artist from Jos, Nigeria. He started rapping at the age of 13 after listening to Eminem and Lil Wayne songs. He was also heavily influenced by Nigerian artists like Wizkid, MI, Ice Prince, and Jesse Jagz. Being a J-town native, he was a huge fan of the Choc Boys movement and now, he seeks to put his city on the map just like they did.
He is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Lafia where he is studying Theatre Arts. “Not The One” is the first single off his coming mixtape dropping later in the year. Although Pablo is one of the most gifted emerging rappers at the moment, he has never wanted to be seen as just a rapper as he is multi-talented and makes music in multiple genres including Afrobeats and R&B.
