Now out on all digital streaming platforms is “Your Body”, a scintillating new single that features the effort of 3 super talented individuals in the creative form of their lives: Basketmouth, BujuToYourEars and Duktor Sett.
Buju, arguably the most in demand artiste in the country right now, has had a brilliant 2021 so far, leaving several beats dead in his wake with a couple of singles and feature verses. On this track, he adds to that collection with an efficiently enticing vocal performance on this mid-tempo Afrofusion beat. The beat in question is the brain child of Duktor Sett, the music producer behind the sounds of the critically acclaimed 2020 album “Yabasi”.
The man at the forefront of this track is veteran comedian and entertainer, Basketmouth. His recent foray into music has been nothing short of successful and he has already followed up his debut album with a hit single, “Ghana Jollof”. “Your Body” marks his latest release and the first single off his sophomore album “Horoscopes” dropping later this year. How he manages the music alongside his comedy web series “Papa Benji” and his many other creative endeavours is anyone’s guess, but he multitasks brilliantly and we can expect another banging album when November comes.
