Amoke Oge Hits 500,000 Orders on Chowdeck – First Woman-Led Business to Reach Milestone

Hajia Amoke Odukoya, founder of Amoke Oge, has made history as the first woman-led business to reach 500,000 completed deliveries on Chowdeck, a leading Nigerian food delivery platform. With an average order value of ₦4,600, this milestone translates to an estimated ₦2.3 billion in total sales.

Chowdeck CEO Femi Aluko visited Odukoya’s Lagos kitchen to personally congratulate her, highlighting her as a trailblazer among the platform’s 1,000+ vendors. Amoke Oge was one of the first 100 vendors on Chowdeck and has grown to become one of its top performers.

This achievement shines a spotlight on the power of digital platforms to elevate local, woman-owned businesses in Nigeria. Odukoya now plans to expand into packaged products and open a quick-service outlet in Abuja later this year.
