In a bid to stake his claim in the untapped world of EDM on the continent, rising star B3AM (pronounced “BEAM”) has teamed up with one of Nigeria’s pioneer EDM producers, DJ, and singer/songwriters Sigag Lauren as they are set to release a new track titled: Into the Night (Jaiye).
On Into the Night (Jaiye), which is B3AM’s debut single, he shared the driving force behind his creative decisions, “my music is designed to inspire and uplift people, and I always strive to deliver performances that will consistently create unforgettable experiences. I like to think of it as a whole – from delivering sets that are visually stunning to matching it with my music”. B3AM’s background is in law, tech, and finance notwithstanding, his love and passion for EDM spurred his decision to explore being a DJ and producer, circling EDM sub-genres such as Progressive House, Big Room, and Trance. He sets himself apart by incorporating “afrobeats” for a more culturally diverse sound.
The release comes fresh off a sensational performance at the Activity Music Festival (Nigeria’s premiere EDM festival) on the 7th of April. B3AM stimulated the audience with an electrifying performance that left the audience buzzing with excitement. B3AM’s performance ended with an exhibition of Into the Night with Sigag alongside him on stage. It was nothing short of spectacular, leaving fans eagerly excited about their upcoming single.
