Crystal Egg Records’ emerging star Litovibes returns to the music scene with “My Way,” an uptempo single featuring Afro-dancehall heavyweight Patoranking.”My Way” is a fusion of Afropop, dancehall and reggae, guaranteed to light the dancefloor up. Hailing from Edo state, Nigeria, Samuel Egbeyon notably known as Litovibes, grew up in Sapele before moving to Calabar, where his musical talent blossomed. His music is driven by his originality, resonance and emotional depth that ensures he’s a force to reckon with in the industry.
Inspiration for “My Way” hit Litovibes during a freestyle session at a party, promoting him to record a demo in the studio. Recognizing the song’s potential, Crystal Egg records secured a feature with Patoranking, whose dynamism fits into the song like a glove.
“I was feeling good, the party vibes were strong,” says Litovibes. “When I freestyle my verse for ‘My Way.’ I knew it craved Patoranking’s energy and I was right! It feels like everything good is coming my way.”
“My Way” serves as the lead single for Litovibes’ much anticipated EP, “Second Awakening,” slated for release later this year.
