Nigeria’s women’s basketball team, D’Tigress, has been drawn into Group D of the 2025 Women’s AfroBasket, alongside Mozambique and Rwanda.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 3, 2025, at the Palais des Sports de Treichville in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
As the reigning champions, D’Tigress will aim to secure their seventh AfroBasket title. Their recent performance includes a strong showing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where they reached the quarter-finals.
