Hamzil, Born Abidemi Samuel Olayinka is a Lagos based, Nigerian singer-songwriter whose music is a fusion of Afro-beats, Afro-pop and a blend of R&B.
His music revolves around personal experences, emotions, general happenings and inspiration from the universe. His decision to make music professionally was fueled by his appreciation and love for beautiful sounds, his passion and dedication to music has always been unwavering even while growing up as a kid on the streets of lagos.
He started with going from one studio to the other way back in 2012, watching various artiste make music and learning from the process. In 2013 he recorded his own song titled “Cream Story” produced by ace music producer Krizbeatz.
He then continued recording and making music with the sole aim to find his own sound and develop it, and eventually on May 7th 2021 he released his first official record with visuals still as an independent artiste.
The record titled “GreenLight” was produced by fast rising music producer “Yungprosavage” . GreenLight is an R&B / Afro-fusion vibe with harmonious melodies, GreenLight is a feel good love song with a little bit of erotic sensation. Warm, dreamy, uplifting and a vibe any lover of good music will definitely enjoy.
