Victor Oni Samuel best known as Narlti is a Nigeria-based Rapper/Songwriter. Having been on the journey of his craft as a musician/artist, he started recording at an early age.
Narlti gained national attention after the release of his debut Extended Playlist titled 99 Baby leading to media features and interviews across the country, one of which he got an exclusive interview feature on Tribune newspaper as well as gaining radio/TV airplay across Nigeria.
Still, on the rise to the peak as a top-notch artist, Narlti has topped charts on well-recognized digital platforms and in African countries, Narlti has performed on big stages one of which is the HOMECOMING CONCERT with KIDA KUDZ.
