Show Dem Camp and The Cavemen Unleash “No Love In Lagos”

Show Dem Camp, the legendary duo of Nigerian Hip-Hop, have joined forces with Highlife kingpins, The Cavemen and guitar genius Nsikak David for a collaborative ten-track album “No Love In Lagos,” a genre-bending album primed to reinvigorate Afrobeats, as we know it.

This collaboration is sheer magic—Show Dem Camp’s hard-hitting, emotionally-charged rap fusing with Cavemen’s contagious Highlife frequencies, all elevated by Nsikak David’s enthralling guitat work. “Collaboration is everything in the Afrobeats scene,” says Tec from SDC. “It takes the music to places you’d never expect.”

With strategic features from Obongjayar, Tim Lyre, Moelogo, and Ruti, and production helmed by super-producer Spax, “No Love In Lagos” is an unprecedented feat between two duos that are the most prominent figures in the alternative scene.

Show Dem Camp have built more than just a music career and have also established a legacy for themselves. Their Palmwine Festival launched in 2017 is now a cultural movement, bridging the gap and assembling stars like Burna Boy, Tems and Tay Iwar. The Cavemen have ignited a highlife resurgence through fusion of traditional sounds with refreshing modern innovation on albums like “Roots” and “Love and Highlife,” with Nsikak’s guitar setting the ambience for something revolutionary.

“No Love In Lagos” isn’t just an album—it’s a statement. Show Dem Camp, The Cavemen and David Nsikak are here to break new ground and are doing it in great fashion.
