Duo magic is one of the most familiar patterns that can be seen across all music genres. From hip-hop duos like Outkast to R&B’s Chloé X Halle, straight through to Afrobeats itself, duos are magical and unique combining two energies together.

Through joint chemistry, we have witnessed great duos like P-Square, Bracket, and R2Bees, straight to Ajebo Hustlers who have made significant contributions to the Afrobeat music genre, among many others.

We have the fresh emerging ‘Westhanboyz’ from the western sea, popping up, delighting our ears with spicy sweet melodies.

Co-signed by celebrities like Korty EO and known for their freestyles and music covers, Westhanboyz are on an exciting musical journey. They are fully prepared for the fame that is gradually enveloping them, thanks to their spiritually infused sound that resonates with listeners’ souls and touches their minds. It’s no wonder everyone wants a taste of their songs.

Their lyrical themes delve into real-life issues, spanning love, emotions, depression, and heartbreak. Fearlessly expressing themselves, they deliver raw and pure lyrics to the ears of their audience. In their buzzing track ‘High Way,’ they explore the pain and journey of life, while ‘Diallo’ delves into their personal struggles as young men, addressing societal problems and government inadequacies. Also touching on love and heartbreak in ‘Kaduna Babe’.

Despite having only five songs in their discography and no debut project yet, Westhanboyz keep listeners eagerly anticipating more of their rhythm.
