Produced by Mosjay Pro, The song titled “Flex” has all the ingredients of a hit, from the sublime production to its catchy melodies and resonant lyrics, that capture Sweet Brown’s distinct mix of spirituality and swagger. Sweet Brown was born with the groove in 1999, Benin City. Like other artists, the first chapter of his musical journey was set in the church choir, where he fell in love with the magic of melody and harmony. By ten, he was already mastering lyrics and rhythm and his music listening background was a potpourri of genres like highlife, reggae, soul and jazz.

Sweet Brown’s household was a brewing pot of sound; the ideal motivation for a kid who would later turn all of that influence to an exciting music caterer. Inspired by legends like Fela, Chris Brown, and Asa, Sweet Brown’s music is inspired by his experiences, the beauty of his home town and an insatiable affinity for storytelling. The result is a deeply personal sound that manages to be relatable, spiritual and downri addictive.

In 2020, Sweet Brown decided to chase his dreams in earnest, debiting with his first single, “Starboy” fr. Topage.
