Beyond Limits Football Academy has announced the transfer of Valentine Nweke, a talented youngster, to 14-time Polish champions Górnik Zabrze. The move materialised as a result of a cooperation project with Nigerian football schools.
Previously, Nweke had flown to Poland in January for trials with Zabrze’s second team and the teenager impressed greatly during club friendlies, prompting the Polish club to move for him immediately. He joins Zabrze on loan until the end of this year with the right to buy him permanently.

A versatile player capable of playing as a defensive midfielder and a centre back, Nweke was slotted into the heart of the defence for the majority of his trial with the Polish side and he was signed to be utilised as a centre back.

The 18-year-old teenage sensation is a dominant goal threat. He excels at taking set pieces and has a powerful shot. He is the complete midfield package, never hesitating to win the ball back from opposition players and recycle it back into a counterattack.
He follows in the footsteps of Abbati Abdullahi, Taofeek Ismaheel, Hugo Enyinnaya and Cornelius Udebuluzor in donning the tricolours of Zabrze.
