W3st first single of the year is the infectious “Ging3r”

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Abayomi Samson Adedayo is making Afro-pop in his own way. Harnessing the long-standing passion he has had for creating music, the Afro-pop artist, better known as “Mr w3st” or “W3st” [pronounced “West”], has made a small name for himself already. Looking to expand his fast-rising reputation in Afro-pop spheres.

With his new single – “Ging3r”, he dishes out a mellow, introspective but still danceable tune.

Born and bred in Lagos, Nigeria, Mr W3st raised an artist. It explains why his passion for art and music and music as an art was evident even in his time schooling in Babcock University, Nigeria, making music and gaining an audience while chasing an education. After relocating to Canada, he graduated as a health science major from Simon Fraser University. For him, his genre of music is Afro-pop or Afro-fusion.
