In the aftermath of the positive reception, which introduced Azanti’s sonic profile and exhibited the duo’s perfect synergy, Vol. 2 presents a more refined evolution of their talents, resulting in an immersive experience that rewards the listener with something truly profound. The album seamlessly weaves an intricate thread of love, wealth and hustle, imploring listeners to lose theirselves in the mesmerizing vibe.
The album’s strengths come alive by drawing influences from a variety of genres like Hip-Hop and R&B, at its core whilst also taking spices from Pop, Funk and Amapiano. Azanti shared his thoughts on the forthcoming project, stating “With this album, I have the opportunity to showcase my production chops, allowing YP to express his vocal prowess alongside his adeptness at rapping, with YP taking on more hooks. Thia dynamic gives me the space to flex my rapping abilities, showcasing dimensions not previously seen in our projects.”
