Olafimihan Boydelian Jesutofunmi is excited to announce the release of his first official two-pack single of the year, “ODO” and “BMB” (Burst My Bololo), under emPawa this Friday, September 27th. Following a hiatus from music, Boydelian, a student at the University of Ilorin, is set to reboot his musical journey with these singles.
“ODO,” a Twi word meaning “love,” is a melodic masterpiece produced by renowned hitmaker E Kelly ( Mr Eazi, Joeboy, M.I). The track blends Boydelian’s velvet-smooth vocals with E Kelly’s signature drum patterns, creating a captivating expression of love. In the song, Delian serenades his love interest, urging her to ignore the distractions around them and focus on the bond they share, while also candidly voicing his frustration about investing so much in the relationship without receiving anything in return.
“BMB” (Burst My Bololo), an Amapiano-infused track is an irresistible invitation to move. Produced by K Dreamz, It combines pulsating log drum rhythms with playful lyrics, painting a vivid picture of admiration and desire. On the catchy hook, he sings “bursting his bololo” as a metaphor for the overwhelming feelings ignited by his lover.
